Mr. Bharti is a professional engineer and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Forbes & Manhattan, Inc. a private merchant bank operating globally.  From February 2002 to April 2006, Mr. Bharti was Chairman and a director of Desert Sun Mining Corp., a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed mining company which was acquired by Yamana Gold Inc.  Mr. Bharti has over 25 years of experience in operations, public markets and finance.  Mr. Bharti is also a director of several public and private companies.

David Argyle

Mr. Argyle is a fertilizer inputs and industrial marketing professional.  Mr. Argyle brings more than 20 years experience in establishing successful operations in both East Asia and China.

David Gower
P.Geo – President  and Director
Mr. Gower is a Professional Geologist and the former Global Head of Nickel Exploration for Falconbridge Inc.  Numerous discoveries were made under Mr. Gower’s leadership with a particular focus on Brazil.  Mr. Gower also brings experience in mine development to depths of 1,500 meters.

William Clarke

Mr. Clarke is the former Canadian Ambassador to Brazil and Sweden.

Hon. Pierre Pettigrew

Hon. Mr. Pettigrew is a former Senior Cabinet Minister of the Government of Canada.  During Mr. Pettigrew’s distinguished career he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Health and Minister of International Trade

Andrew Puller
Director
Mr. Pullar is an Investment Manager with the Sentient Group in Australia.  He is an experienced investor in mining as a Portfolio Manager and analyst in London and Sydney.  Mr. Pullar has previously held engineering and production roles with DeBeers and Gold Fields in South Africa.
